The Face of Corruption: Meet the Black Widow Judge

Usually corruption feasters and grows in the shadows like a cancer, where it steadily rots

Usually corruption feasters and grows in the shadows like a cancer, where it steadily rots and destroys our society, crushes our dreams, wrecks our homes and murders our children. Rarely, do we get to look into the eyes of the corruptors being caught in the act. But, alas, occasionally, we are given that rare moment to catch the perpetrators creeping about, in their devious plots, so that we may glimpse that moment in history where the CORRUPTION WAS EXPOSED!

Corrupt Judge working at state courthouse in Hermosillo: Manuel Colunga Rodríguez

ME Williamson is a businessman from California, United States who came to Mexico in 2011 to build his invention, a new solar panel technology. After arriving in Hermosillo he met Gonsalo Dojaque Acuna, a local from Hermosillo, and the two set to work building SolarSnap, a multi national solar power company with HQ in Arizona and a manufacturing and development plant in Hermosillo.

Things got ugly for the company when the family of Mr. Dojaque began stealing from the corporation. Then in 2017 Mr. Dojaque died suddenly of apparent suicide. However, upon investigation, Mr. Williamson began to unravel a plot working against Mr. Dojaque and developed the theory that Mr. Dojaque had been murdered.

One day while scrolling through his messages with the late Mr. Dojaque, Mr. Williamson came to realize that the malady that Mr. Dojaque was suffering from in the weeks leading up to his death may have been due to poison being placed in his food, specifically, arsenic.

Mr. Williamson went on to examine the forensics photos of the body of Mr. Dojaque and was shocked and horrified to discover that his friend had been hung with a cable wrapped tightly around his neck. It also looked like his neck had been broken. Additionally, the cable, of small diameter and made from steel, had been secured in the back of Mr. Dojaque's neck with not just one, but two cable clamps. This seemed like an impossible scenario and that his partner could not have possible made such a tight cable and secure it with two clamps ON THE BACK OF HIS NECK in this way.

This coroner's evidence combined with the recently discovered possible arsenic poisoning photos got the wheels turning in Mr. Williamson's head. He recalled that just prior to Mr. Dojaque developing this strange illness he had fired the wife of Mr. Dojaque for embezzling money from the company. He had reprimanded her for having committed these crimes. She promised never to do it again, so Mr. Williamson did not call the police and turn her in. He then recalled that the wife of Mr. Dojaque loved to cook for him. In fact she cooked virtually every meal for the man. This would have given her ample opportunity to poison him. She was clearly disgruntled about being fired as the company accountant and Mr. Dojaque had agreed that she should no longer work for the company.

The night before his death, Mr. Dojaque went around trying to collect money from his wife and brother in law, where, apparently, much of the stolen money had gone. On this same night he sent Mr. Williamson a photo of a check in the amount of 17,939 pesos. This was meant to begin to repay SolarSnap $1 million pesos, a small fraction of what had been stolen, but a reasonable start to heal the financial breach.

Mr. Dojaque never delivered this check to his partner and was found dead hanging from a carport the very next day.

Initially, Mr. Williamson had bought the story about Mr. Dojaque committing suicide, but the new evidence and a logical review of the circumstances seemed to indicate otherwise. Perhaps Mr. Dojaque was not dying fast enough from arsenic and his people had decided that a more violent and sudden end suited them better.

Then Mr. Williamson began to experience stalking by the family of Mr. Dojaque. Astonishingly, he was once kidnapped, then a second time suffered an attempted kidnap. He was smeared on social media, and he and SolarSnap suffered greatly. Mr. Williamson repeatidly went to the police for help, but he refused to pay them to protect him, as is customary in Mexico, no matter how serious the offences being committed.

Finally, after 7 years of this abuse the wife of Mr. Dojaque is now suing Mr. Williamson and SolarSnap to take over the property of the company. They are basing their lawsuit upon an alleged gift of the SolarSnap property by someone who never owned it in the first place! That's right, a person, a family member of the wife, said that she gave the property to the wife of the dead partner. She has no evidence that she ever owned it, and normally this case would be laughed of court.

But, Mexico suffers form obscene corruption at times, especially in the judicial branch. Judges can be bought and will do almost anything for money.

Take our subject today, the honorable Mr. Colunga.

Below is an excerpted response to a recent demand that Mr. Colunga has made that Mr. Williamson and SolarSnap withdraw their counter claim in the suit. Apparently, upon being sued, SolarSnap and Mr. Williamson fought back and filed a counter claim, alleging embezzlement, kidnap and other crimes committed against them. Immediately, upon filing the response to this outlandish suit the judge began to attack Mr. Williamson, a victim of violent crimes, and to strip away his rights.

In the recent demand made by this openly corrupt judge, he stated that Mr. Williamson and SolarSnap may not sue the plaintiff, the wife of the dead partner, because, well, he never really said why. He just referenced a verbal warning and posted it on the court website and threw out their lawsuit. As unconstitutional as the requirement that Mr. Williamson now respond to a verbal demand from the judge may seem, Mr. Williamson and his attorney have yet to ever have a verbal conversation with the judge, they must respond to something that never happened. That's right, the judge is asking Mr. Williamson to respond to a conversation that never took place, or he shall face the rejection of his counter claim. Mr. Williamson has never met or spoken with this corrupt judge in his life!

As part of the written response filed this week by Mr. Williamson and his legal council it was stated as following:

"According to Mr. Williamson this entire matter may be summarized as follows: after Gonsalo Dojaque Acuna and his wife were accused of stealing $8 million pesos, a portion of which was used to buy the entire hectare of lot 14, he went about attempting to make right and return $1 million pesos to Mr. Williamson and SolarSnap, but within hours suddenly dies, and then his wife attempts to shut down the company and to obtain not only the remaining loose assets of the corporation that she has not already stolen but to also take the 1/16th of the hectare occupied by SOLARSNAP, who actually financed, by way of her and her husbands thefts, the entire hectare."

Judge Colunga, who probably should not be a judge any longer, is fashioning himself to be more like a king then a judge. His rejection of the counter lawsuit by the two defenants, SOLARSNAPS SAPI DE CV and ME Williamson, makes him more like a ruler then a judge. Under Artcle 1 of the Political Constitution of Mexico, a palintiff does not need to prove anything before suing someone. This King/Judge says otherwise and is rewriting the constition of Mexico, in his "working for hire" capacity for a black widow wife.

Article 1: "All authorities, in their areas of competence, are obliged to promote, respect, protect and guarantee Human Rights, in accordance with the principles of universality, interdependence, indivisibility and progressiveness. As a consequence, the State must prevent, investigate, penalize and rectify violations to Human Rights, according to the law."

Apparently, a black widow wife who may have murdered her own husband may sue Mr. Williamson but Mr. Williamson has to go through a vetting process by a corrupt judge before he is allowed to fight back and sue her.

We will see what comes this judge as his corruption is exposed to the people of Mexico. In the mean time federal police are being notified about this corrupt government official for not following the law and this black widow wife and her apparently many crimes, especially against this poor dead businessman, Mr. Gonsalo Dojaque Acuna. RIP.
